When clients come to me for coaching, often they’re already at burnout.
They’ve been giving their all to their job or business, whilst also running a household and heading up a family. Somewhere in their 168 hours a week, they also want to get (and stay) in shape, have a whirlwind romance with their life partner that spans decades and have the headspace to be a great friend, parent, child and sibling.
